In this interactive session, we will examine trends in international assignments and why intercultural training is so critical for success. We will address the challenges facing expats both in the US and abroad, as well as what can be done to support those managing international moves. An overview of tactics and strategies for overcoming these challenges will be provided, along with tangible take-aways for mastering communication across cultures. Key topics include relationship-building, time-management, decision-making, and communication. The future of work is global. Are you ready?
