Programs

The mission of the Program Planning Committee is to plan and orchestrate informative and educational programs for our council. 

Program Planning is divided into two categories – Program Development and Program Planning.

The Program Development chairman will be responsible for the following:
• Program content and scheduling of speakers
• Room set-up i.e. special needs for speaker
• Speaker Biography & Introduction

The Program Planning will be responsible for the following:
• Menu Selection
• Invitation to membership
• Tracking RSVP’s and providing final count
• Providing Badges
